The Member Representing Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency Hon. Terseer Ugbor, has called for the immediate sack of the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Benue State Governor, Mr Tersoo Kula, for ethical misconduct and unprofessionalism.
In a statement by Special Assistant on Media, Fred Dagu, Ugbor advocated for Mr. Kula’s replacement with another constituent of greater competence, asserting that the Chief Press Secretary has demonstrated poor judgment and a limited understanding of his responsibilities, falling short of the professional and ethical standards required of a press secretary.

He further stated that these deficiencies have engendered unnecessary tensions within the political landscape of Benue, contributing to a state of unrest.
He described the recent undignified, inglorious, and ignoble remarks by Mr. Kula against the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Sen. George Akume, as unbecoming and another low point of the Fr. Hyacinth Alia administration and a grave slight on the administration of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Hon. Ugbor also fervently calls on the Nigerian Press Council to denounce the Chief Press Secretary to the Benue State Governor and apply all necessary sanctions against the CPS for publishing public statements wherein he referred to the SGF as a “Mad Man”.
