Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, on Sunday, described Senator James Manager as a great leader and Uncle with many positive parts.
Rt Hon Guwor in a Congratulatory message to Senator Manager on his 64th birthday anniversary, stated that the four terms Distinguished Member of the Nigerian Senate, has distinguished himself in many ways and respects, preceding his time at the Red Chamber as Commissioner in Delta State.
The Speaker, in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, CPS, Mr Nkem Nwaeke, rejoiced with Senator Manager on the birthday anniversary and prayed to God to adorn his paths for greater grace and achievements.
He emphasized the political sagacity of the celebrant in the nation’s growing democratic experiment, saying that his wealth of experience was always needed in the political arena both in the state and at the national level.

“Your tenure in the Senate for four consecutive terms of sixteen years, were distinguished by your passion for the well-being of our people as well as your wisdom and commitment to good governance.
