Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Dennis Emomotimi Guwor has felicitated with former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan on 70th birthday anniversary.
Rt Hon Guwor in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, CPS, Mr Nkem Nwaeke, said the milestone celebration marks decades of God’s goodness and grace upon the celebrant.
The Speaker recalled the eight years tenure of Dr Uduaghan as Governor of the state, saying that it was eight years of dedication to public service, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to a great and prosperous Delta state.
