Agada approached the court seeking to vacate the order restraining him after a Benue State High Court restrained him from  parading himself as the chairman of the party following his purported  suspension by his ward chairman and six others on Tuesday.

The court ruling agrees with the statement by the APC national body which also set aside the Agada’s suspension.
