Chelsea football club has named Graham Potter as the new manager to take over after the sack of Thomas Tuchel.
According to the official statement by the club on Thursday, Potter, the former Brighton boss has signed a five-year contract with the blues.
Thomas Tuchel’s replacement with Potter came just a day after he was sacked yesterday, Wednesday, by Blues co-owner, Todd Boehly.

Potter is delighted to be at Chelsea as he said: “I am incredibly proud and excited to represent Chelsea FC, this fantastic football club.

Potter’s first game in charge will be an away derby with fellow west London club Fulham on Saturday at 12:30.
Meanwhile, the Stamford Bridge club’s chairman Todd Boehly said Potter is a proven coach.
