A Benue State man, Solomon Semak, has bought a car for his 3-year-old son for taking first position in his class for three terms.
In his Facebook post, Semaka said it was a promise he made to his son with the condition that he takes first position for three consecutive terms.
He further stated that he bought the car to inspire his son, to grow up setting goals and achieving them, adding that the car will be used for his school and church runs.
He posted: “I promised my 3 year old son a car for a birthday gift this year if he took 1st position consecutively for 3 terms.Of course he did : First term: position 1st, average 98.44 ! Second term: position 1st, average 97.94!! Third term: position 1st average , 98.04!!
“Congratulations my son ; Soom Semaka!! So I got him this small car for school and church runs to inspire him to grow up having targets and goals…to grow up having respect for dreams… and to show him how to inspire success. May our children find life more easier than we did. Love you Son.”
