TikiTaka FC International demonstrated their dominance throughout the tournament, winning all their matches. This victory marks a significant achievement for the club, which previously won the Cup in 2019. They are now one of the few African clubs to have secured the Cup on two occasions.

For Store Bergen, this defeat was particularly disappointing as they were runners-up in 2022 as well, losing 2-1 to a Swedish side, Gotahom BK. This year’s loss adds to their series of near misses.

Looking ahead, TikiTaka FC International will continue their Scandinavian tour by participating in the Gothia Cup in Sweden next week. The Nigerian team has previously been runners-up twice in this tournament, losing out to Right To Dream, another African side in Ghana. Spurred by their recent success in Denmark, the team is eager to start strong and aim for the top spot at the Gothia Cup.

The Nigerian boys are filled with confidence and optimism, ready to replicate their success in Denmark and make their mark in Sweden.
