As directed by the Executive Governor of Benue state, His Excellency Fr. Dr Hyacinth Iormem Alia, the Executive chairman of Gboko LG Council Hon. Chief Isaac Mtom has directed arrest of illegal revenue check points operators across Gboko LG Area.
The Chief Security Officer of the local government council, Chief Mtom also directed arrest of those indulging in illegal parking on Gboko Roads, hindering free flow of traffic along Makurdi Park at JS Tarka way and Dangote Cement Plant.
Mtom Dismantles 7 Illegal Revenue Check Points In Gboko
Mtom emphasised the Governor’s high level of displeasure over the illegal parkings on Gboko Roads & imposition of illegal Revenue on Benue traders. He vows to stage full war against offenders to ensure compliance.
Officers of the Nigerian Police force and other Joint security taskforce were on ground to enforce compliance to the government’s directive.

The Gboko Council Boss was accompanied by the Majority Leader of Gboko Legislature, Hon. Dre Addingi, Hon Jacob Gyulen including Isaac Ahemba and Joint security taskforce.
