The Speaker, Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Elvert Ayambem, has congratulated the first Lady and wife of the Governor of Cross River State, Reverend Mrs Eyoanwan Bassey Otu on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
In a message by his Chief Press Secretary, Matthew Okache, the Speaker described Mrs Otu as a pillar to the Governor Otu led administration and urged her to continue in the support of ensuring the welfare and development of state is achieved.

The statement reads: “I wish to express sincere gratitude on behalf of my family and the Cross River State House of Assembly for your service.
