The Forum of All Progressives Congress, APC, Women Leaders in the Twenty-three Local Government Areas of Benue State has lauded the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Senator George Akume for facilitating the appointment of Doctor Matthias Byuan as the Executive Director, Housing, Finance and Accounts, Federal Housing Authority.

The Forum gave the commendation during a congratulatory visit to Byuan in his Abuja residence.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, the State APC Woman Leader, Awuese Torhee expressed gratitude to the SGF for facilitating the appointment of Byuan, commending his disposition to raise others to leadership positions.
She also thanked President Bola Tinubu for the confidence reposed in Byuan to deliver on the mandate of his job to provide affordable housing for citizens in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda.
On her part, Mrs. Erdoo Adom, appealed to Doctor Byuan to be gender balanced in providing opportunities to Benue people in terms of empowerment and employment.
Responding, Doctor Byuan, who received the delegation in the company of his wife, Anastasia, thanked the Benue APC Women Leaders’ Forum for the visit and assured them of his support and the entire party structure in the state.
According to a statement by the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the Executive Director, Bartholomew Anjembe, Byuan urged the Forum to continue to pray and support the SGF and President Tinubu to succeed.
