Hon. Bemgba Iortyom has been appointed as the official Spokesperson for the Engr. Conrad Utaan PDP National Chairmanship Campaign Organisation, 2024. This announcement, made by Engr. “I am pleased to note that this appointment adds depth to my quest to serve our great party in the office of National Chairman,” Engr. Utaan stated. “Hon. Iortyom’s role will be pivotal as we continue to drive through the reformation and repositioning agenda being implemented by the party’s current national leadership.”
Hon. Bemgba Iortyom brings to the role over eight years of experience as the State Publicity Secretary of the PDP in Benue State. During his tenure, he also served as the Chairman of the Forum of PDP State Publicity Secretaries nationwide, a position that underscored his commitment and expertise in political communication.
A graduate of Law from Benue State University, Iortyom is expected to bring professionalism and dedication to the campaign, with the goal of contributing to the success of Engr. Utaan’s chairmanship bid.

This is announcing the appointment of Hon. Bemgba Iortyom as the official Spokesperson of my campaign, the Engr. Conrad Utaan PDP National Chairmanship Campaign Organisation, 2024.
The appointment takes effect immediately and will see Hon. Iortyom functioning in a broad role covering press and public communications.
