Saint Peter Parish Wurukum Makurdi has urged the Benue State government through its sanitation agency, Benue State Environmental Sanitation Authority, BENSESA, to help clear the refuse dump directly opposite the parish.
In a Facebook post by the Parish Pastoral Council/Parish Media Team, the refuse dump has taken half of Badagry Street, Wurukum, affecting worshippers and priests whose residences face the refuge dump directly and seriously block the drainage too.
The statement calls on the state government sanitation agency, BENSESA to act fast and clear the refuse.

…. the refuse dump you see below has consumed half of the Badagry street, wurukum. Directly opposite St. Peter’s parish Wurukum Makurdi. Health wise, it’s affecting our worshippers and our priests whose residence is facing the refuge dump directly and seriously blocking the drainage too.
