Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation has pledged its support and cooperation with the new Head of Civil Service of the Federation for the smooth implementation of policies and programmes of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration to achieve success for the good of citizens.
Honourable Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation Engr Professor Joseph Terlumun Utsev stated this on Wednesday when he led Minister of State for Water Resources and Sanitation Barr Bello Mohammed Goronyo and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry Mr Richard Pheelangwah on a courtesy call on the new Head of Civil Service of the Federation Mrs Didi Esther Walson-Jack in her residence in Abuja.

Professor Utsev described the new Head of Civil Service of the Federation as an administrator per excellence who rose through the ranks in the civil service to the position of Permanent Secretary in different Federal Ministries with reservoir of knowledge and vast experience in the civil service .
He expressed optimism that the new Head of Civil Service of the Federation will introduce innovations that will transform the Nigerian civil service system.
The Water Resources and Sanitation Minister said his ministry was particularly happy that someone who served the ministry meritoriously as Permanent Secretary has been elevated to the position of Head of Civil Service of the Federation and assured her of support at all times.
According to the statement by the Personal Assistant on Media and Publicity to the Honourable Minister, Terhemen Oraduen, the new Head of Civil Service of the Federation Mrs Didi Esther Walson-Jack in her response, expressed appreciation to Professor Utsev,Barr Goronyo and Permanent Secretary as well and entire staff of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation for identifying with her on her new position and promised to discharge her duties diligently with the fear of God.
