The Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation Engineer, Professor Joseph Terlumun Utsev has solicited the prayers of Benue people on leaders at all levels to succeed.
In a statement by his Media Aide, Terhemen Oraduen, Professor Utsev made the call Tuesday when he played host to Association of Tiv Ministers Abuja visited him in his office.
The Minister outlined the difficulties that come with leadership at all levels and how the only way for people to help their leaders succeed is by praying for them.
He expressed his satisfaction at their visit and the outpouring of support from the Benue people since taking office as minister. He also pledged to continue serving as a good representative of the state.
Pastor Chris Orshio, the cordinator of the Association of Tiv Ministers in Abuja, had earlier stated that the purpose of their visit was to express their congratulations to Professor Utsev on his well-deserved appointment as Minister of the Federal Republic, comparing it to fitting a round peg into a round hole.

Pastor Orshio prayed to God to grant Senator George Akume and Professor Utsev good health and sound principles to lead the nation to prosperity while also thanking President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing two well-respected Tiv sons to his government.
He urged the Minister to use his influence to help young Tiv graduates who are wandering the streets of Abuja without any real employment get jobs in the federal government.
Later, the Association gave Minister Engineer Professor Utsev a copy of the Holy Bible and a symbolic success key.
