Speaker, Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Elvert Ayambem has congratulated the Chief of Staff to the Cross River State Governor, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar, on the occasion of his birthday.
Ayambem in a message which he said was on behalf of the State House of Assembly, described Ironbar as an exceptional personality who has made visible impacts through his diligence, brilliance, and resilience
He noted that Ironbar has earned a reputation as a quintessential Chief of Staff, and his contributions to the growth and development of the State are commendable, stressing that As a true and loyal servant to his master, he has used his experience, skills, and positions in different capacities to serve the people of Cross River State.
