Securit men stationed at the Secretariat of the Benue Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on monday bared Caretaker committee members of the party from access the premises.
Newsflow gathered that the members had resumed work on Monday but were stopped at the gate of the party’s Secretariat by security officers who denied them entry.
According to investigation, newsflow learnt that the security officers told members of the Caretaker Committee that the instruction to stop them from accessing the premises was above.
They stated further that the owner of the property had instructed them to lock up the place. However, they did not disclose the name of owner of the property.

In finding who the owner of the property is, newsflow found that it is allegedly linked to the former governor of the state Senator Gabriel Suswam.
