Anambra State Government Offers Free Ante-Natal Services to Over Forty-Two Thousand Women

Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo says the state government has offered free ante-natal services to over forty two thousand women with thousands of delivery every month in public hospitals at zero mortality.
The governor stated this on Sunday while speaking to journalists on his stewardship in the last two years.

He also stated that the monthly internally generated revenue of the state has increased from over one billion naira to about three billion naira, stressing that the government plans to exceed four billion naira by the end of the year.
He noted that the state government has also created direct employment with five thousand teachers employed and over a thousand health workers and professionals in all the medical facilities around the state.
