Benue PDP stakeholders recently passed a vote of confidence on Chief Samuel Ortom, acknowledging his leadership and strategic efforts to strengthen the party in face of daunting challenges in the party.
The vote of confidence is contained in the press statement delivered at the press conference on Tuesday, 20 August 2024 in Makurdi.
Addressing the media, the PDP stakeholders acknowledged the hurdles encountered during the Ward and Local Government Congresses, noting that these challenges are a testament to the party’s viability and its appeal to the people. They emphasized that such challenges are natural in exercises of this magnitude, underscoring the need for the party’s leadership to address lingering grievances and agitations effectively.
